Unfortunately the incumbent President Elect has had to stand down due to excessive personal commitments, and a replacement Senior Officer had to be appointed.

This was successfully concluded at the circle members meeting on 22nd February 2023 where a ballot was conducted by our President, and a single delegate proposal for Stephen Brown was proposed by Allan Humphries. This proposal was unanimously accepted by the Membership present and Stephen will go forward to the AGM for Senior Officer acceptance.
